| Food Pairing | It is an ideal partner for roasted lamb or venison. Also it goes very well with tapas like sausages and smoked ham. But also after a good dinner, this powerful Malbec is a wonderful solo player. It shows its full bouquet, if it is decanted one hour before serving. The perfect temperature for serving is 17 degrees C. Endurance is 8 years and more. |
