| Food Pairing | It goes very well with red and white meat, especially short roasted. In combination with a peppery or spicy sauce it complements the meal perfect. It is a good partner for the Arabic and Indian cuisine. A further consumption is the combination with several types of cheese, like camembert, brie, goat or piquant cheese. Shows his full bouquet, if it is decanted one hour before serving. The perfect temperature for serving is 18 degrees C. Endurance is 8 years and more. |
