Wine Region Maule Vallley
Vineyards  Las Mercedes and Santa Rosa. The carmenere comes from Las Mercedes, this vineyards presents loam soil with lime which gives structure and body to the wine,
The Syrah comes from Santa Rosa, these vineyard has sandy soil with stones which gives floral aromas to the wine
Yield 10.000 Kg/ha, under the canopy system VSP: vertical shoot positioning with Guyot Double pruning which gives a good exposure of the vine to light and sun.
Harvest 

Hand picked in plastic boxes end April

Vinification Details

Fermented with the skins in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 26 ? 28 degrees during 12 days, after fermentation a maceration is practiced

Aging 50% of the wine is kept four months in 2nd used French oak
Winemaker's Comments  Color:    It shows a beautiful deep ruby color
Aroma:  An elegant combination of cherry and plums fruits with spicy notes. Subtitles aromas of coffee, cacao and fine tobacco
Flavor:   A wine with structure, powerful and spicy with some toasted flavors at the end. It is fruity with flavours of dark plum and cherries
Food Pairing  Red and white meat with vegetables, especially great with spicy food.
