Vinification Details Only healthy grapes in cool conditions are harvested, skin contact for 18 hours, pressed, juice settled, clear juice fermented, with two different yeasts and bottled early to keep the freshness.  There was no malolactic fermentation.

Winemaker's Comments  A rich wine with figgy, flowery flavours and hints of tropical fruit. The wine has exceptional balance and has a fresh full-bodied character.  With its long finish and elegant structure it is ideal to mature for a number of years.
