Vineyards	100% Bonarda from high trellised 30 year old vineyards at Los Campamentos, Rivadavia. Arguably the best area for this variety being the night temperature 2 degrees C below the rest of the East Mendoza area
Vinification Details	Vinified in 300hl stainless steel tanks with temperature control, 10 days time from crushing to pressing, with daily rack and return for a gentle extraction. The wine goes through the malolactic fermentation and receives no oak treatment in order to preserve freshness and to represent a pure expression of the grape.
Total Production	20 000 cases
Winemaker's Comments	Deep red colour, with violet shades. Brillant, fruit flavors with red plum notes, forest fruits, spice and a mineral touch. Good natural acidity, enhances vibrancy of the fruit, ripeness balances the fresh character. Approachable now, this wine will gain in complexity and drop some tannins with short-term cellaring. The finish is long and mouth-coating.
Food Pairing	This wine is a "no brainer" to enjoy with pizza, Chinese food, sandwiches, or anything you eat casually without any planning. Pork based dishes, cold cuts, sausages, red sauces pasta.
