Vinification                Pressing after total destemming with exclusive use of free run juice. Fermentation temperature control to 12-14° C.

Tasting Notes            Very aromatic and fruity wine, exotic and tropical on the nose with lemon and citrus notes. In the mouth shows a well balanced acidity with some citrus and grapefruit.

Food Pairing  Light salads, seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish, spicy and oriental food, goat cheeses
