Vinification                Pressing after total destemming with exclusive use of free run juice. Fermentation temperature control to 16-18° C.

Tasting Notes            Very aromatic on the nose with citrus notes which are also showing on the palate. It is a vivid wine revealing freshness and a very good acidity.


Food Pairing              Light salads, seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish, spicy and oriental food, goat cheeses.
