Vineyard Eduardo Bermejo red wine is made from vineyards planted between 15 and 30 years ago.
Vinification Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a temperature between 25º-28º C to preserve fruit flavours. Maceration is around 20-30 days. It is a blend of an unoaked Tempranillo with a Tempranillo aged in oak for 14 months. This gives the wine the fruit and freshness and at the same time adds some complexity and oak flavors.

Color Pale cherry red color.
Aroma It is characterized by a first sensation of ripe fruit with hints of vanilla and cocoa very well integrated each other.
Flavor Very elegant on the palate with a velvety finish, with subtle tannins that help us understand who is a wine for everyone. Long persistence, invites us to repeat.
