Vineyards Aside from our estate vineyard Timber Crest, we source this Zinfandel from other well-known vineyards in Dry Creek, which include Pauline’s, Mounts and Tre Torrente Vineyards. Harvesting from these locations allowed us to create a classic representation of the Dry Creek Valley appellation.
Winemaker’s Notes Our Zinfandel gives a ravishing display of ruby red color that leads into a pleasant bouquet of blackberry fruit, cocoa, and holiday spice. While sipping, your palate will be delighted by blackberries and plum, refined tannins, a full body and a finish that lingers. Great by itself, but pairs well with almost anything off the grill and shortbread with cream for dessert.
