Vineyards                              This Pinot Noir is a blend of two very different vineyards, and four distinctive clones, that best represent the Sonoma Coast appellation. The two vineyards are Peters Vineyard, located in west Sonoma County, 10 miles from the coast, and Mussetti Vineyard, located on River Road in the heart of Russian River Valley. The four clones selected for this Pinot Noir are Pommard, 777, 115 and 828.

Winemaker’s Notes               This Pinot Noir truly embodies its growing season. The cool foggy mornings and warm afternoons, coupled with long hang time, allowed for perfectly balanced tannins and a consistently classy finish. The aromatics of cherry cola, exotic spices, ripe plum and a hint of rose petals gives this wine the power of elegance and complexity. The wine is drinking beautifully now, but will age gracefully over the years.
