| Winemaker's Comments |
The wine is perfectly balanced between fruit and oak tannins. The aromas of red and black fruits, raspberry, blueberry, cherry, grow richer with liquorice tones from merlot, spicy hints of dried wild herbs and mineral tones. Soft and creamy, exceptional concentration, fruity, round, rich, with a great long finish.

| Food Pairing | Goes great with white and red meats, fleshy fish, cheese and pastries. |
