Vinification Details
Grapes are laid down in either racks or mats, then kept drying until February. Average yield 40 liters of Amarone wine for 100 Kg of fresh grapes.
Aging 40% of the wine maturated for 15 months in 225-liter Allier oak barrels, and 60% for 24 months in traditional oak (50hl). May be aged in the bottle for 10 years.
Winemaker's Comments 

Color:      Intense red garnet color
Aroma:    Fine ethereal, fragrant bouquet
Flavor:    Dry full complex and velvet smooth. Rich superb noble warm on palate with aftertaste of green almond.

Food Pairing 
Serving temperature 20 degrees C. In large glass and uncork a few hours before opening. Perfect with red meats, games, cheeses.
