Hand selected grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is then stored in special stainless-steel tanks until bottling.

Color: Light straw colour Aroma: Fine, elegant, clean and intense aroma Flavor: Dry flavor with pleasant green apple aftertaste. Lively, and easy to drink. Correctly stored may be aged for 2 years.

Fine classic dry white wine. Excellent as aperitif, also with hors d'oevres, seafood salads and fish dishes. Perfect with white meats and light meals. Serve chilled at 8 degrees C.
