Vinification Details                           Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in rotofermenters at controlled temperature, malolactic fermentation in oak

Aging                                                 In 50% new and 50% one year old, medium toasted French oak for 20 months. Evolution 20 to 25 years.

Color:                                               Typical light red color of Nebbiolo

Bouquet:                                          A dense and chewy red with blueberry, cherry, plum and mahogany character as well as savory and earthy                                          

Taste:                                              Spicy and with length, finishes od with a lovely sweet note
